Long Lasting Time Reports
Updated 28 October 2026
Record and edit time
Choose a project, open Record time and turn the wheel or enter an exact duration. You can also start, pause and resume the timer. Save the entry before closing it. Open an entry in Overview or History to change it. Reports and saved durations do not display seconds.
Free and Full access
Time tracking, counts, summaries and backup/restore are free for one active project. Full access is a one-time purchase for more active projects, new photos, notes, places, route recording and text/PDF sharing. There is no subscription. The purchase sheet shows your local App Store price. Archiving a project frees the active-project slot; existing records remain accessible.
Restore your purchase
Use Settings > Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. If the store is unavailable, check your internet connection and try again. Never send your Apple Account password to support.
Keep a backup
Use Settings > Export backup and save the file in Files. To move records to another device, transfer that file and use Restore backup. Restoration replaces the current records after confirmation; export a backup first. The app does not automatically sync records between devices.
Places and routes
Place saves a single location. Route records your movement while the timer runs, if you enable it first and allow Precise Location. Pause or close the entry to stop recording. Routes and distances are approximate. Check that the route is included in your report only when you want to share it.
Reports
Choose a project and a week, month, year or custom date range. A project’s reporting year can begin in a month you choose in its settings. Under Customize report, select the content to include and add optional report fields. Preview the PDF before sharing it.
Contact support
Email hello@longlastingapps.com with the app version, your device model and a description of the problem. Avoid sending private notes, photos, locations or backups unless they are needed and you choose to share them.
