Privacy across our apps
Privacy Policy
Our apps are designed to work without accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking. The optional website mailing list is separate from app data and is described below.
Long Lasting Clock
The app does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data. Clock preferences are stored only on your device using Apple’s standard settings storage. Deleting the app removes those preferences.
Pin My File
Files you choose are copied to the app’s local storage so they remain available offline. Pin My File does not upload them or use network services. Your original files remain unchanged. Files leave the app only when you choose to share them through Apple’s system share sheet. Read the app-specific privacy policy.
Dearmailo
Contacts, lists, campaigns, attachments, preferences, and delivery history are stored locally on your Mac. Dearmailo does not receive or store email passwords; Apple Mail manages your accounts and sends each message. Before sending, the app may use your Mac’s standard DNS service to check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Long Lasting Apps does not receive your contact list or message content. Email updates
If you voluntarily join our mailing list, we process your email address, language, selected product or studio interest, signup page or website, and consent and confirmation status. Joining is optional and does not affect an app download, trial, purchase, or use.
We use this information, with your consent, to send product news, practical tips, and occasional offers. Zoho Campaigns processes the information for us and sends a confirmation email. Your address is added to the active mailing list only after you confirm it. Learn more in Zoho’s privacy policy.
We keep an active subscription until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. We may then keep the minimum suppression record needed to respect your choice and meet legal obligations. You can unsubscribe in every marketing email or contact us to withdraw consent and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection or your local data protection authority.
Zoho may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where it operates. Zoho states that transfers subject to the GDPR are protected by appropriate data protection agreements, including agreements based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Purchases
Long Lasting Clock Pro and Pin My File Full Access purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The apps check Apple’s StoreKit service only to show the price, complete purchases, restore purchases, and confirm access. Long Lasting Apps does not receive your payment details.
