Long Lasting Time Reports

Your records stay on your device
Projects, time entries, counts, notes, photos, saved places and routes are stored on your device. Long Lasting Apps does not operate a server that receives these records. The app has no account system, advertising, analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking.
Photos and camera
Only images you select with Apple’s photo picker, or take after granting camera access, are copied into the app. The app does not request access to your entire photo library. Photo captions are stored with your entries.
Places, routes and Apple Maps
Location access is optional. Saving your current place requests your location when you choose that action. Route recording starts only after you enable it and start the timer. It can continue with the screen locked. Pausing the timer or closing the entry stops recording. Coordinates, timestamps and accuracy are stored locally, including a recovery draft. Search queries and map requests are processed by Apple’s mapping services under Apple’s privacy policy. Maps and map images in PDF reports require network access.
Sharing and backups
Text and PDF reports are shared only when you choose to share them. Notes, photos, places and routes are controlled by the report options. Review the report before sharing it. Exported backups include all saved records and attached content. A destination you select in Files or the share sheet may upload files to its own cloud service. Apple device backups may also include app data, depending on your settings. The app does not provide its own cloud sync.
Keeping and deleting data
Records remain until you remove them or delete the app. You can remove entries, notes, photos, places and routes in the app. Deleting an entry can be undone until replaced by a later deletion or the app session ends. Exported reports and backups are separate copies and must be deleted from their destinations. Apple-managed backups follow your device settings. We cannot recover your local records from a server.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and restoration through the App Store. The app uses verified StoreKit transactions to determine Full access. We do not receive your card details or Apple Account password. Existing records remain accessible if Full access is unavailable.

If you email hello@longlastingapps.com, we receive the address and information you include to handle your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive project data. Contact us about access to or deletion of support correspondence. This policy will be updated when the app’s data practices change.
